What’s appropriate depends on your body, your history, your symptoms, and how you respond to different movements.

This is where 1:1 coaching makes a difference.

You’re not following a general plan. You’re getting a plan built specifically for you, and adjusted as your body changes.

We’re not just keeping you active. We’re strengthening the areas most affected by pregnancy so you can feel better now and set yourself up for a smoother postpartum recovery.

How it works:

  • You share your background, training experience, and current symptoms

  • You complete a full movement assessment

  • I walk you through what I’m seeing, what we’re focusing on, and why

From there, your program is built based on your:

  • movement patterns

  • schedule

  • available equipment

Your plan includes strength training, mobility work, and pelvic floor focused movements that all work together and build over time.

Your program is adjusted weekly based on your feedback and how your body is responding. As your pregnancy progresses, your training progresses with it.

You also receive:

  • weekly check-ins

  • ongoing support

  • detailed form reviews

So you know what you’re doing is actually moving you forward.

Investment:

Investment varies slightly depending on length of package and level of support, but 6 months of coaching ranges between $4500-4800.
