1:1 Coaching
Personalized, high-touch support for women who want a clear plan, expert guidance, and ongoing feedback.
This is the most individualized way to work together.
Your training is built entirely around your body, your goals, and your life, and it evolves as you do.
You’ll receive:
a fully customized program
ongoing adjustments based on your progress
weekly check-ins
detailed form reviews
direct access for questions and support
This is best for you if you:
want a completely personalized approach
are dealing with specific symptoms or challenges
want hands-on guidance and close support
don’t want to second-guess what you’re doing
Spots are limited to ensure a high level of coaching and attention.
Confident Strength Collective
A structured coaching program that gives you a clear plan, guidance, and support, without the need for full customization.
This is for women who want direction and progression, but don’t need the same level of individualization as 1:1.
You’ll follow a thoughtfully designed program that combines strength training, mobility, and pelvic floor integration in a way that builds over time.
Inside CSCo, you’ll have:
a structured, progressive training plan
education to help you understand what you’re doing and why
access to support when questions come up
a clear path forward without having to figure it out yourself
This is best for you if you:
want a plan to follow without starting from scratch
are ready for structure and consistency
want guidance and support, but not ready to invest in 1:1 coaching at this time
are not dealing with complex or persistent symptoms

I work completely remote with women all over the world!

Nope! I’ve worked with plenty of women who had never lifted weights before!

I do not work in a ‘session’ format. Our time together is a more continuous, comprehensive coaching relationship with ongoing communication and support.

That’s the best part! We figure out what makes the most sense for YOU and your schedule to be able to stay consistent! Anywhere from 2-5 days per week.

Nope! Most of my clients workout from home with minimal equipment. If you don’t have ANYTHING, I will have you at least grab a set of resistance bands.

No. The way I work is COMPLETELY different from what you’ve likely seen before, and I do not allow insurance to dictate your plan. Insurance will cover bare minimum services that will MAYBE get you “back to baseline”…and that’s not what we’re doing here!
