Work 1:1 With Me
High-touch coaching for women who want a clear plan, expert guidance, and real results.
This is a personalized coaching experience built around your body, your goals, and your life.
Your training is continuously assessed, adjusted, and progressed as your body changes, so you’re not left guessing what to do next.
You’re not following a static program.
And you’re not trying to figure this out on your own.
With regular check-ins, detailed feedback, and ongoing support, you’ll know exactly what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and how it’s moving you forward.
Spots are limited so each client receives the highest level of attention and support.
The goal is simple: clear direction, consistent progress, and results you can actually feel.
This Is For You If…
You feel unsure what your body actually needs right now
You’ve tried to piece things together on your own and still feel stuck
You’re dealing with symptoms that haven’t fully resolved
Or you just don’t feel as strong or confident in your body as you used to
You want to get stronger, but not at the expense of your body
You don’t want to waste time doing things that aren’t actually moving you forward
You want clear guidance instead of conflicting information
You want to know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and that it’s actually working
You don’t need to check every box, but if you’re reading this and thinking “this sounds like me,” you’re in the right place.
What Makes This Different
This is not just a rehab program.
And it’s not just a strength training program.
It’s a combination of both, integrated in a way that actually makes sense for your body.
Most approaches separate these two things.
Rehab often stays too basic for too long and doesn’t progress into real strength.
Fitness often overlooks what’s happening with your core and pelvic floor, or pushes intensity without a clear plan.
This is where things are done differently.
Your program is built to address what’s going on in your body while also progressing your strength in a structured, intentional way.
Strength training, mobility work, and pelvic floor integration are all working together, not treated as separate pieces.
So you’re not stuck in early rehab.
And you’re not pushing past symptoms without guidance.
You’re building strength in a way that actually supports your body and allows you to keep progressing.
How It Works:
This is not a template. This is not a one-time plan. Everything is built around you and continuously adjusted based on how your body is actually responding.
Here’s what working together looks like:
1. We start with a full assessment
You’ll share your background, training experience, goals, and any symptoms or concerns.
You’ll also complete a detailed movement assessment.
2. You get a clear plan and direction
I walk you through what I’m seeing, what we’re focusing on, and why, so you understand exactly what your body needs.
3. Your program is built for you
Your training is based on your:
movement patterns
schedule
available equipment
current capacity
You’ll have a combination of strength training, mobility work, and pelvic floor integration that all work together and build over time.
4. Ongoing coaching and adjustments
Your program is updated regularly based on your feedback and progress. As your body changes, your training changes with it.
5. Support every step of the way
You’ll have:
weekly check-ins
detailed form reviews
ongoing access for questions and guidance
So you’re never left wondering if what you’re doing is working.
Who I Work With
Pregnancy
Train with clarity and confidence throughout your pregnancy.
Your body is changing quickly, and what works at one stage may not work at another.
This is not a generic “pregnancy-safe” plan.
Your training is built around your body, your symptoms, and how you respond in real time.
The focus is not just staying active.
It’s building strength in the areas most affected by pregnancy so you can feel better now and set yourself up for a smoother recovery later.
Birth Prep
Get the information you need, without getting overwhelmed by everything you don’t.
Prepare for labor and delivery with a combination of targeted training and practical, applicable education.
This goes beyond general advice. You’ll learn how to work with your body, manage discomfort, and approach birth with a clear plan.
Feel physically prepared, mentally ready, and confident in the decisions you’re making.!
Postpartum Recovery
Recover. Rebuild. Get stronger.
Postpartum recovery is not just about your core and pelvic floor. It is about rebuilding your entire body in a way that supports your life as a new mom.
You’ll follow a structured plan that meets you where you are and progresses as your body is ready.
No guessing. No staying stuck in early rehab longer than you need to.
Just clear direction, ongoing support, and steady progress toward feeling strong again.
Late Postpartum, Pelvic Floor Performance and Strength Training
Feel confident in your body again, not just in how it looks but in what it can do.
If you’ve been working out but not seeing progress, been dealing with symptoms that won’t go away, or you feel like something is still off, this is where we change that.
You don’t need more workouts. You need a plan that actually moves you forward.
Build strength, improve performance, and make your body more capable in a way that fits your life.
You don’t need hours in the gym. You need a plan that makes the most of the time you have.
The Support You’ve Been Missing
You don’t need to figure this out on your own.
This isn’t session-to-session care where you meet once a week and are left to manage everything in between.
You have ongoing support, guidance, and adjustments as things come up, not just when your next appointment rolls around.
Your training is continuously assessed and updated based on how your body is actually responding, so you’re not left wondering if you’re doing too much, not enough, or the wrong things entirely.
You’ll know:
what to focus on
when to progress
how to adjust if something feels off
So instead of second-guessing everything, you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Investment
Investment varies slightly depending on your needs.
Most clients work together for 6 months, with packages ranging from $4500–4800.
This allows enough time to assess, adjust, and progress your training in a way that leads to real, lasting results, not short-term changes.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
I work completely remote with women all over the world!
-
Nope! I’ve worked with plenty of women who had never lifted weights before!
-
I do not work in a ‘session’ format. Our time together is a more continuous, comprehensive coaching relationship with ongoing communication and support.
-
That’s the best part! We figure out what makes the most sense for YOU and your schedule to be able to stay consistent! Anywhere from 2-5 days per week.
-
Nope! Most of my clients workout from home with minimal equipment. If you don’t have ANYTHING, I will have you at least grab a set of resistance bands.
-
No. The way I work is COMPLETELY different from what you’ve likely seen before, and I do not allow insurance to dictate your plan. Insurance will cover bare minimum services that will MAYBE get you “back to baseline”…and that’s not what we’re doing here!
