I’m Doc Jen , your friendly neighborhood pelvic floor PT and strength coach. I began my career in sports physical therapy and soon noticed a pattern among the moms I worked with. They were seeking help for one issue, but most of them ALSO had pelvic floor symptoms (which I had a hunch were related). I had trouble finding a pelvic floor PT to refer these women to,  so I decided to start learning about the pelvic floor.

As I started to specialize in the pelvic floor, it immediately became clear that pregnancy and postpartum was where women were being left behind…and I’m here to fix that.
