How it works:

  • You complete a full movement assessment

  • I explain what I’m seeing and what we’re going to focus on

Your program is built around your:

  • recovery stage

  • symptoms

  • schedule

  • available equipment

You’ll have a combination of strength training, mobility work, and pelvic floor integration that all build on each other.

Your plan is adjusted weekly based on your feedback and how your body is responding. As your capacity improves, your training evolves.

You also receive:

  • weekly check-ins

  • form reviews

  • ongoing guidance

So you’re not guessing your way through recovery.

It’s to feel strong, capable, and confident in your body again.

Investment:

Investment varies slightly depending on length of package and level of support, but 6 months of coaching ranges between $4500-4800.
