Support You Can Count On
Joining the Confident Strength Collective (CSCo) means you’re never left to figure things out on your own. Here’s how we’ve built support into every part of the program:
1. Community Support
When you join CSCo, you’ll become part of a community of women inside the Circle app. Here, you can:
Ask questions anytime and get responses multiple times per week
Connect with other women going through pregnancy or postpartum
Get regular check-ins to help you stay on track and progressing
And if something feels more personal, you can always reach out directly inside the app.
2. In Depth Seminars (Driven by You)
Instead of generic calls, we go deeper.
We host seminars based on the questions and needs coming directly from the community, so you get relevant, practical guidance that actually applies to you.
3. Personalized Guidance
Exercise modifications and problem solving based on your body and symptoms
Form checks where you can submit videos and receive specific coaching cues
Ongoing support so you’re never guessing if you’re doing things correctly
4. Comprehensive Content
Detailed exercise videos explaining form, common mistakes, and key cues
Resource guides on strength training, pelvic floor, recovery, and more
Education that helps you understand what you’re doing and why
5. Lifetime Access
Your access to the CSCo community and its resources doesn’t expire. Even after your initial program is complete, you can stay connected, revisit resources, and continue growing with the support of this community.

Meet Your Coaches
Doc Jen
Jen is the founder and head coach, and she’s here because she’s tired of women being given vague advice, mixed messages, or rehab that never actually helps them feel strong again.
Jen specializes in bridging the gap between pelvic floor physical therapy and strength training, helping women rebuild in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and empowering… especially during pregnancy and postpartum when everything feels unfamiliar.
She is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a Pelvic Floor Specialist, a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), and a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES) with a decade of experience in the fitness industry.
When she’s not coaching, you’ll find her lifting, hanging out with her newborn, writing or drawing.
Coach Aubrey
Aubrey is passionate about helping women feel more at home in their bodies throughout life’s stages, especially through all the changes and experiences of motherhood.
If she had to describe her coaching with two words it would be compassionate and accessible. As a mom of two herself, she knows how needed individualized and thoughtful care is!
She is a Certified Personal Trainer, Women’s Coaching Specialist (GGS-1), Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Certified Pre and Postnatal Coach (GGS-CPPC), and has also certified or taken courses specializing in the hips and pelvis, body image, yoga, group fitness, menopause, nutrition, and more. She loves learning and digging deeper to fill gaps in her knowledge and practice and is always willing to get curious to figure things out!
Her favorite things are coaching, lifting, reading, walks and hikes outside, laughing with her family, and baking great chocolate chip cookies or bread.

Equipment Needs By Program:
This is a breakdown of the equipment you’ll need for each program. When you join, I’ll provide you with a list of brands I recommend!
Dumbbells or Bands Only:
Need:
1 set of long resistance bands (approximately $30)
1 set of short resistance bands (approximately $20)
Band door anchor (approximately $5)
Note: Although the program CAN be completed with just the above equipment, you will progress farther and have more movement options with dumbbells.
Good to have:
Full set of dumbbells in 5lb increments - The best bang for your buck is adjustable dumbbells. If you don’t have a full set of dumbbells, there is guidance for how to make what you have work for you.
Adjustable bench - You CAN complete the entire program without this. Many of my clients are able to use a coffee table or couch. An adjustable bench does make things easier and allow for more variation.
TRX or TRX-like bodyweight system - I have the non-brand name TRX and it works great and is cheap.
Barbell:
Need:
Barbell and Plates
Squat Rack
Flat Bench
1 set of long resistance bands
1 set of short resistance bands
Band door anchor
Full set of dumbbells in 5lb increments - The best bang for your buck is adjustable dumbbells. If you don’t have a full set of dumbbells, there is guidance for how to make what you have work for you.
Good to have:
Adjustable bench - You CAN complete the entire program without this. A flat bench WILL do. But an adjustable bench does make things easier and allow for more variation. (Note: you don’t need an adjustable bench AND a flat bench. Flat bench is needed, adjustable bench offers more options)
TRX or TRX-like bodyweight system - I have the non-brand name TRX and it works great and is cheap.

FAQ
-
No experience necessary! CSCo focuses on mastering the basics and building strength safely, so whether you’re new or looking to brush up on your form, you’ll be in the right place.
-
Nope! This is a comprehensive strengthening program fit for ANYONE. It's also a chance to get back to basics with new cues and tips that will improve your performance.
-
The equipment you’ll need depends on the program option you choose:
Dumbbell & Band Option: Dumbbells and a set of resistance bands. You will get the most out of the program if you have access to dumbbells, but the entire program can be completed with just a set of resistance bands (Approx $30 on Amazon)
Barbell Option: This option includes barbell movements, so you'll need access to a barbell and weights in addition to dumbbells and bands (can also use a cable machine). There are alternate exercises available for the barbell movements in case you can't make it to the gym.
Return to Run Options: If you’re planning to use the return to run component, make sure you have a pair of good running shoes along with what is listed above.
-
Workouts are designed to be 45-60 minutes, but I provide information on how to adjust them if you need even shorter sessions. The goal is to fit the training into your life, even when things get busy!
-
No, you can complete the program at home if you have the necessary equipment. A gym can be helpful for the barbell options, but the dumbbell and band options are designed to be done anywhere, including your living room.
-
Life happens! If you miss a workout, don’t stress. You can adjust your schedule to make it up or simply pick up where you left off. The program is designed with flexibility in mind to accommodate your needs.
-
You should be cleared by your doctor for return to exercise before starting CSCo, but beyond that, there’s no time limit. If you’re months or even years postpartum and haven’t done much strength training since giving birth, you’re still a great fit for this program.
-
Yes, the program is written by a pelvic floor physical therapist and strength coach with over a decade of experience. It’s specifically designed to support your core and pelvic floor while building full-body strength. There are modifications for exercises to ensure you’re working safely at every stage.
-
CSCo blends the best of pelvic floor rehab with challenging strength training. It’s not just about deep core exercises or breathing—it's about building real, lasting strength. You’ll get a plan that respects your postpartum body while giving you the challenge needed to progress and truly feel strong again.
-
Yes! You’ll have access to group coaching calls, a private community for asking questions and getting feedback, and ongoing support from me. I’m here to help you stay on track, adjust as needed, and answer any questions you have along the way.
